My house isn't cleaned & I haven't done my daily exercise routine BUT.... I did manage to finish my latest cross stitch ornament.  I threw some dmc floss, fuzzy stuff, beads, golden rings, plastic canvas, snaps & a hint of Tammy creativity into a pot, said abracadabra & here's what came out.

Introducing Kristen & Mr. Bear. It's not often that I really like the way something turns out but I simply adore this little ornament & as you can see she & the bear are pose-able. She measures 5 & 1/2 in. tall by 2 & 1/2 in. wide. The perfect size for an ornament. Frankie & Friend Pillow

I've been busy sewing this little pillow for the past few days. Sadly to say it didn't turn out like the one in the magazine. I just can't put material together & sew - these hands were made for cross stitching only. I took a pic but I'm not happy.

We took a trip a few days to the Creation Museum in Petersburg, Ky near Cincinnati Ohio. It was really cool & I highly recommend it if anyone is in that area & looking for something to do. This is a pic of my son (in the white shirt) & my nephew.

Been working on a Christmas ornament, maybe I'll have it finished in a couple days. Keep an eye out for it. Until next time, keep on stitching.

My mom's presently fighting the disease so this is for her & all the other women out there that's fighting too. Hang in there. This little guy turned out cuter than I had anticipated. Plastic canvas & 14 ct. oatmeal aida makes this one up. It's hard to see in the pic but the circles on the sides are suckers. The sucker sticks are white beads. I got a feeling froggy may do more things in the future :o) Want the pattern, leave me a message on this post & make sure I have your e-mail address.

I knew she had a name but didn't know what until Lori brought it to my attention & so shall it ever be :o) This one brought out my dark side a bit :o) I designed this chart, got some dmc floss, plastic canvas, beads, golden rings & went to work. Measures 3 1/2 in. x 3 3/4 in. The golden rings are just jewelry making accessories that's found in Hobby Lobby or Wal-Mart's craft section. Ornament # 3

Here is what that thread & material turned into. I call this one Holiday Warmth. It was stitched on 14 ct. white aida that I dyed using a tea bag. Measures 4 in. x 4 in. New Ornament

I have a new ornament in the works. Finished the pattern & kitted up the stuff that I needed to make the 3rd finish for Christmas 2009. Hopefully, all the materials you now see will turn into something cute. Guess we'll see in a couple of days. Until then, keep on stitching :o)
