I certainly fell behind in my blog update postings of this never ending square but I finally got it finished. Hoping hubby will get in the mail tomorrow. My apologies for not commenting on your blogs. I've been reading but time has been limited & I've failed to comment. Hopefully will be getting caught up on that too now. I'm a Winner

I was one of the lucky recipients of Jolene's awesome giveaway a few days ago and received some very cool stash in the mail yesterday. Check it all out. Hubby went to the mailbox & brought in the package  & asked just who is Jolene?? I explained that she was one of the ladies that had a stitching blog that I followed &  I had won one of her giveaways. He looked inside the package & said "That lady rocks!"  &  I said " I have to totally agree."  Thanks so much for all you have given me Jolene :o)

 The idea of this little girl holding heart balloons popped in my head so I designed her. She's a quick little stitch. Want the free pattern, leave a message on this post or e-mail me & it's yours. Had to have a Cadbury egg today & thought of Pumpkin. I'm already 3 behind you for the year girlie!

What have I done??

I've been feeling a little guilty lately as I haven't sewn any quilt squares for charities. So I decided to sign up to do one for Love Quilts UK. I picked out a pic that's gonna end up being a 5x7 on 18ct. aida & to top it off the deadline is March 1st. Does anyone know how long it would take snail mail to go from Kentucky to the UK? Anyway, I figure the quicker I can get it stitched up the better so I'm gonna try to post a daily update to motivate myself to finish it on time.
