This little girl looked so sweet that I almost got a toothache while stitching her :o) I think I may make some more designs using beads for eyes. If so, this will be my first design in what I'm called the Beady Eyed Series. I'm gonna turn her into a fridge magnet but I think she'd also work as a bookmark or an embellishment on a frame. Had a great Thanksgiving :o) Did some Christmas shopping even for myself. Kev & I decided we was finally gonna give in & buy us a Wii. I LOVE that thing. Seriously, if you want to get the couch potatoes off the couch, this thing will do it. Also been working on another ornament - hopefully will be finished this week. Where does time go?? I didn't know whether to call this one Rainbow Brite or Starlite - as you can see I went with Starlite. This one's pose-able like the others, only difference is, the monkey's head is also pose-able. The monkey is stitched using Fuzzy Stuff (which I love!) but it can also be stitched using DMC floss.

Any Grey's Anatomy fans out there?  I'm sooo addicted to this show.

She measures 5 & 1/2 in. tall by 2 & 1/2 in. wide. The perfect size for an ornament. Frankie & Friend Pillow

I've been busy sewing this little pillow for the past few days. Sadly to say it didn't turn out like the one in the magazine. I just can't put material together & sew - these hands were made for cross stitching only. I took a pic but I'm not happy.

We took a trip a few days to the Creation Museum in Petersburg, Ky near Cincinnati Ohio. It was really cool & I highly recommend it if anyone is in that area & looking for something to do. This is a pic of my son (in the white shirt) & my nephew.

Been working on a Christmas ornament, maybe I'll have it finished in a couple days. Keep an eye out for it. Until next time, keep on stitching.
