This is a Daum doll gif converted into a cross stitch pattern. It's sewn on 14 ct. light blue aida using DMC floss. I've posted the pattern here if anyone is interested.

Got a bit tired working solely on Mini Chelsea so had to mix things up a bit and start a new project. This is 3.5 hours of work. Doesn't look like much now, does it? Tune in for more updates coming soon.

While waiting to show you guys an updated Chelsea pic, I thought I would show you a picture of my kitty Bella. She stays outside and is one major hunter, which is great when it comes to mice but not so great when it comes to baby rabbits. She's the first thing my house dogs look for when they go outside.

Chelsea Update #14

Page 16 Finished

How is everyone's summer going? Hoping you're getting some stitching in although it is hard with the weather being so nice out. I managed to finish page 16. Four more full pages to "color in" and then I just have 4 more partial pages and she will be finished. Woo Hoo!!

Chelsea Update #13

Pages 13-16 Outline

Thought I'd give you gals an update on Chelsea. I've almost got all of the outlining finished. Now onto the coloring. Unfortunately, it doesn't go as quickly as the outlining but can't wait to see it finished. My goal is to have it completed sometime this year. Keep your fingers crossed for me when you're not using them for stitching :-)

Chelsea Update #12 and a Trip to the Bahamas

Well, finally got page 10 "colored" in. I think she looks more gorgeous with every stitch. At the rate I'm going, it looks like she may get finished somewhere around 2025 :-)

Also took a trip to the Bahamas last week. First time I had ever been there or had ever taken a cruise. Was a little leery at first thinking I would get nauseous but with a little help from Dramamine I did fine. Was definitely an experience I would recommend to anyone. We set sail on The Majesty of the Seas, a Royal Caribbean cruise and visited Coco Cay and Nassau. Coco Cay was like paradise! There was almost 3,000 plp on board with 68 countries represented.

I worked on this Mini Chelsea design this IHSW. Now of course I didn't complete both pages this weekend alone mind you. I'm not quite that fast.... yet :-)  Looking forward to checking out your blogs to see what all you did.
